How Can We Help?

The Body And Mind Connection Program is designed to provide you insight into your underlying issues with food, body image, and self worth. We will help you become physically and mentally stronger by learning how to become a mindful eater and helping you learn how to workout in a way that you enjoy and can can stick with!

The Body And Mindset Connection is a 12 week program. There will be one group call every week, led by Coach Mel (Mindful Eating and Disordered Eating Coach), in addition to video recordings, workbooks, and educational materials. 

You’ll also be receiving a 12 week workout program and support, and education on creating your own workouts long term so you can do this on your own! The workout program is accessed via my own private training application with video demonstrations and details for each movement.

There will also be a private Facebook group for additional support, accountability, and private messaging with Matt and Mel!

The program plan will have options for working out at home or at the gym and with our guided learning led by Coach Matt, you will learn how to make progress and create your own workout plan on your own – so you will be confident in your abilities and be able to do this on your own!

Group coaching begins March 19th, 2024. Coach Matt will email you 48 hours before the program begins to get you set up in our private client portal and membership course, as well as send you additional information about the program, including waivers, disclaimers, and the coaching agreement.

I only want to be committed and I take this very seriously, which means I need your total focus and investment in yourself. Because I give my ALL in this process, and in order for it to work, I need you to do the same.

I understand that rescheduling and moving around calls will be necessary during our journey, but I will ask you to give me 24 hours notice so I can prepare and be at my best when I work with you. I am always willing to do whatever I can to help you become your best self. But I need you to give me all that you have during this journey. Trust me, it will be more than worth it.
