Coach Kristen: Hi! I’m Kristen McDougle! I’m a Toledo-based Registered Dietitian. I graduated from BGSU with my Bachelors of Science in Dietetics in 2012, completed the 1,200-hr internship from Northwest Missouri State University and passed my national board exam in 2014. I recently completed my Masters of Healthcare Administration in 2020. I have been an RD for 6+ years and have experience in clinical nutrition, surgical and nonsurgical weight loss, sports nutrition, bodybuilding, and lifestyle coaching. I have been a lifestyle coach for 5 years now, and have competed in 2 half marathons, 2 NPC figure competitions, a powerlifting meet and nearly everything in between.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As a dietitian, I am qualified to coach a wide variety of clients, including those who may have a complex medical history, such as hypothyroidism, PCOS, diabetes, etc. who may require specific recommendations and attention towards their health. I have the ability to provide macronutrient-based nutrition prescription if your fitness or physique goals require this type of structure. The goals of lifestyle change are not only to achieve your specific nutrition- and fitness-related goals, but to eventually graduate and break free from toxic diet culture, yo-yo dieting, and food-related guilt & I am dedicated to providing education, support, and coaching to get you there!
