We believe in community and support. Because of this, you don’t just get one coach with your program. You will have a primary coach and then likely be involved with other coaches in some capacity, whether it be with our yoga instructor, group calls led by Matt, educational and interactive webinars led by Jess, or just day to day interaction with your team mates, you get the accountability and guidance you need to be successful.
