We care about quality of life. Being healthy – both physically AND mentally. Because of this, we offer a very unique, custom program for each of our clients. Your program won’t be the same as some one else’s on the team – because you are unique! We all have different things that we struggle with, as well as different goals.
Introducing.. The BAM Method! This is our exclusive 1:1 coaching program that is built around Body, Accountablity, and Mindset.
As part of our program, you receive a custom workout plan, tailored to you, your strengths & weaknesses, history with exercise, injuries, and much more. Your program is YOURS.
You also receive nutrition coaching. We don’t do meal plans. Why? Because they don’t work long term. What do they teach you? Nothing! Our nutrition coaching is done in a way that lets you meet your goals with zero restrictions on what you eat. Whether that means tracking calories or taking a more mindful and intuitive approach, is up to each individual client.
We also provide mindset coaching and support throughout this journey – because our mindset is what is holding us back from reaching our goals. We specialize in helping clients overcome emotional and stress eating, binge/restriction, and all or nothing thinking.
With our program, you will meet 1:1 with your coach via Zoom every two weeks, with a weekly check in form to keep you accountable – as well as open access to your coach with questions, struggles, and concerns.
You also receive two monthly “Open Office” calls call led by Coach Matt and other coaches, in addition to two behavioral nutrition group calls led by Coach Jess every month to help you repair your relationship with food, get to the bottom of stress and emotional eating, and improve your mindset. All group calls and yoga calls are recorded so you can watch or listen to them after the fact.
With this one of a kind program, the focus is on repairing your relationship with food, working on disordered eating, binge/restrict, and much more. This program is led by our Behavioral Nutritionist, Jess. Jess is a Registered Nutritionist and Cognitive Behavioral Nutritionist.
