As your coaches, we help you with personalized nutrition goals, determine the habits you want to work and behaviors you want to change, and give you a kick ass strength training program.

We host a weekly training to teach you the skills and strategies needed to get a better grip on emotional eating, stress eating, and boredom eating. These three things alone contribute to many of the issues with food we develop over the holiday season. 

There are 6 weekly calls in total. Our calls are very interactive, educational, and supportive. We record all of the calls and you will be able to access them forever.

Our challenge is built with mindfulness and mindful eating as the foundations to create a healthy relationship with food and create sustainable behavior change.

Many of our challengers in the past came into the challenge with the mindset that nothing can work for them. They have been some of our most successful challenges – we help you believe in yourself again.

We teach CBT (Cognitive Behavorial Therapy) & DBT (Dialetical Behavorial Therapy) skills with licensed professionals to create long lasting behavior change.

Nutrition guidance in our challenge is provided by the Registered Dietitians on our team.

Our goal here is to not only build a strong & healthy body – we want to create total body and mind connection and show you health beyond the scale!

We kick off Monday,  October 14th.  We recommend committing at least 2 hours a week for yourself. I’ll add you to my fitness app where the challenge progress will be logged and you can view progress towards your goals. 

Each week we have a live training (we record if you can’t make it live), you will see the group call timetable at the start of the challenge and can RSVP to receive meeting details. 

You will be added to a private Facebook group & chat for daily accountability, a safe space to ask questions and all the information you need to support your journey throughout the challenge and after.

We are only taking on a max of 75 challenge members – first come, first served! This challenge is designed to be built around your schedule and enhance your current lifestyle. You won’t have to buy extra grocery ingredients, buy supplements, or join a gym to take part. We meet you where you’re at and help you build healthy habits and set realistic goals that you can succeed at.

You will complete a form once you sign up and our in house dietitians, nutrition & accountability team will create a nutrition plan for you. Each day you record your progress in the app for accountability and to gather points. This challenge is not focused on how many pounds lost to determine the winner, it’s based on consistency and who puts the effort into creating a lifestyle change.

Setting aside 1hr per week for the live training (either attending live or watching the replay) plus time daily to complete the goals and habits you want to work towards.

I would also recommend a notebook or journal as well for note taking and journaling, because we fucking love journaling.

1st place will win an exclusive 3 month 1-1 coaching package worth $1500+, you will work 1-1 with a coach from my team (we have registered dietitians and nutritionists, mindful eating coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, nutrition coaches, and even a pilates instructor – we will set you up with the perfect coach for you), as well as behavior & mindset support to help you take what you’ve achieved in the challenge to the next level

2nd place winner, yes we  choose a winner for 2nd place that will get prizes such as workout equipment, gift cards, or coaching.

3rd place winner, you guessed it – we choose a 3rd place winner that will win a prize equal in value to the cost of the challenge, such as a gift card or credit for coaching.

To ensure a fair game for this challenge and reward you based on consistency, you will earn points for completing things like daily habits, movement, hitting your nutrition goals, etc.

Anyone over our defined threshold of points will be considered (you will see the leaderboard and your points in our app) and we will pick winners from there with the help of our accountability coach and our admins for the challenge will be closely monitoring everyone’s participation.  Who is showing up, putting in the effort and really taking this challenge seriously.

We will select stand out candidates and they will be added to a draw to select the winner for each reward.
