What I learned from the experience is how to design a good workout plan for strength training..but more importantly how to have a better relationship with food and myself. Fit Fat Strong is perfect for individuals of all fitness levels, especially beginners. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to enhance your existing routine, our program provides strength training workouts and personalized guidance to help you achieve your strength, health, and lifestyle goals.

Great question! We provide workouts that can be done at home or at the gym. For home workouts, you’ll need a few basics such as dumbbells and/or resistance bands. If you prefer gym workouts, you’ll use standard gym equipment. Our routines are designed to be flexible and adaptable, ensuring you can work out effectively with the resources you have.

The program includes bi-weekly “office hours” calls with our strength coach Liz, progressive monthly workout plans, and access to our private workout app featuring video demonstrations and the ability to track and monitor your progress. You’ll receive guidance on form, reps, exercise modifications, and a welcome guide to strength training and progressive overload.

The goal of Fit Fat Strong is to make fitness accessible for as many people as possible, which is why we have priced it at only $47 per month – less than a daily cup of coffee. This includes bi-weekly group calls, access to our private app, and all of our 1:1 coaching resources.

No it is not, though it does have a personalized component to it as you will be receiving guidance with your strength training plan. 1:1 Coaching is available with our BAM Method 1:1 Coaching program.

It does not – this is a strength training program only. We do provide nutrition coaching with our BAM Method 1:1 Coaching program.
