As your health/wellness coach I do not provide a second opinion or in any way attempt to alter the treatment plans or therapeutic goals/recommendations of your personal physician. It is my role to partner with you to provide ongoing support and accountability as you create an action plan to meet and maintain your health goals. We do not work with those under the age of 18.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds on our coaching services. Our job is to coach you to your highest level of empowerment, which means we need a commitment from you that you are fully invested in yourself! You cannot test the waters and still be able to back out. That’s not who we are and that’s not what we coach you to do. We only want you to be committed and we take this very seriously, which means we need your total focus and investment in yourself. Because we give our ALL in this process, and in order for it to work, we need you to do the same.
