Connect body and mind with our easy to follow workout program. This isn't just a plan - this is a full personal training experience as we help you make modifications to your plan and host two monthly office hours calls for additional support.

This is a behavior change and mindfulness program. Our method has been proven to help reduce food noise, thinking errors such as all or nothing, and self sabotage as it relates to diet and exercise.

Mindful eating is for everyone. Everyone can benefit from practicing mindfulness!

After working with hundreds of clients in our 1:1 BAM Method coaching program, we created our mindful eating program as a supplement coaching program to the work we were doing with 1:1 clients.

It wasn't intended to be a weight loss program. The original goal of the program was to help clients repair their relationship with food.

And that worked really well. They stopped emotional eating. They stopped binging and eating their stresses away. They found confidence in themselves and they improved their mental and physical health.

And many clients even lost weight, even though that wasn't the goal!
That's why our mindful eating program has been revamped, updated, and we are making it the foundation of our 1:1 coaching program.

Many times when working with clients on a fat loss phase, we have to spend months working on their relationship with food and conquering emotional eating and other behavioral issues.

So we are starting with these foundations first. We've found that our clients that did Mindful Eating and then moved onto 1:1 for weight loss or other goals after, have been some of our most successful clients long term.

What's Inside Fit Strong Strong: Body and Mind Connection
Over the course of 9 weeks, you will know exactly what you're doing and working on thanks to our detailed outline, weekly training and support call, and workbooks. Phase 1 Consists of mindful eating foundations, before moving onto 1:1 coaching with your own personal coach in Phase 2 to develop a custom plan for you, your life, and your goals.

Phase 1: Mindful Eating

Week 1: Automatic Pilot – Introduction to mindful eating, learn the STOP skill and start mindful eating practices.

Week 2: Triggers & Cravings – Learn how to manage triggers and cravings , including the urge surf skill and gain a deeper understanding on the types of hunger.

Week 3: Willing To Be Mindful – What type of eater are you?  Learn about willingness vs willfulness to master your mindset.

Week 4: The War With Food Noise – Radical acceptance and how to solve any problem you have with food , this week you will delve into types of food wars too.

Week 5: Effing Feelings – Manage your emotions and emotionally regulate without using food and working through a negative mindset

Week 6: Self Care – So What?! – Develop a self care plan that actually works for you. The HALT skill will be introduced here, too!

Week 7: Trust Your Body, Bro – Get to know fulness with our sadness of saying no activity. This week you’re getting to know yourself on a deeper level!

Week 8: What Next?! – Create a success plan and focus on building healthy habits and behavior change.

Week 9: Success Plan – Receive a 1:1 success plan call with us to gain clarity and get set up for the next phase in your health journey.

Phase 2: Our 1:1 coaching is designed to give you support that’s 100% about you:  your needs, goals, and unique journey.

We have a team of highly skilled dietitians, nutritionists, as well as mindset and strength coached; so we are qualified to support you with your health and give you custom support on your health.

Here’s what you can expect from 1-1 coaching: 

  • Weekly live trainings to check in, adjust goals, and celebrate wins
  • Custom guidance that meets you where you’re at, including tailored workout and nutrition guidance.
  • Support on how to pivot or navigate challenges that feel hard to tackle alone.
  • Fat loss, body recomposition, building muscle & strength, performance coaching
